I have never wished or wanted to be in politics, but after years of watching career politicians squandering the wealth of our nation and saddling our children with a debt they may never be able to pay back, I have realized that something must be done to restore the values our country was founded upon. It is time that Americans take back Congress from the career politicians who have insured economic stagnation for our Nation.
With an economy burdened by massive national debt and reckless government spending,
the opportunities for Americans to make better lives for themselves become fewer every day. Through innovation and hard work we can return prosperity to our Nation. I am calling upon Coloradans to support me in my run for office. Together we can begin working towards a fiscally responsible national government and a secure future for all Americans. Four things that will change the way Congress does business.
1. Manditory pay cuts to members of Congress based upon the size of annual deficit.
2. Single subject rule for legislation. If a bill is on military spending there can be no amendments that are not directly related to military spending.
3. The implementation of the "Fair Tax," a national resales tax to replace our current tax code.
4. Bills can not be moved through congress without it being read aloud in the final version before the voting.

Do you really know and understand what is Cap and Trade?
Cap and Trade is where the government puts a limit, that is a cap on Carbon emissions for your local power plant or for that matter any industry that emits carbon. If your power company exceeds the cap they will need to buy United Nation Credit Certificates covering those capped amounts.
